We are doing really well! We have had some sleep issues (or lack of sleep issues!) but last night Riley slept through the night! We were SO excited!! He seems to be adjusting really well. He loves to always be doing something. Riley can crawl and sit up, but he prefers to be walked around--constantly! We are really enjoying him and we are happy to be beginning to get into a routine!
I'm sorry it took so long to post more pictures---we think we left our camera cord for our computer back in the hotel in Detroit. So, I finally went and made discs of all of our pictures. I will try to update more frequently.

Loves that pacifier!
Riley enjoys his pacifier. It has been a good thing that he likes to suck on it because he has been cutting his first two teeth and has been wanting to chew constantly!

Riley!!
We are so in love with this little guy already!! He is beautiful and healthy and very, very active!! We had a wonderful time at the airport picking him up. It took FOREVER for the escort to get through immigration and customs, but she finally came out and handed us our precious son! We can't believe that this day has finally come. It is all still very surreal! Thank you again for your prayers and encouragement throughout our process!

Tomorrow we head to Detroit. We leave early in the evening. I think we are as ready as we can be. Our bags are packed and our house is clean, so I think we are physically prepared. We are so excited and can't believe that it's really almost time!!! We are taking our laptop with us, so we will try to post pictures and details of our "Gotcha Day" Wednesday night. Please pray for safety for us and Riley and that we have a smooth transition!!

OUR BABY IS COMING HOME!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!
We got our travel call late this afternoon!! We are still in shock! Riley will be flying into Detroit next Wednesday (September 13th). Our flight is scheduled for next Tuesday evening and then we will return next Thursday evening with our baby!! We are SO EXCITED!!! We really wanted to fly in and out of our local airport so that all of you, our friends and family could come to the airport. But, the cost was extremely expensive, so we are flying out of another airport about an hour and a half away. (I don't want to post where b/c this is a public blog; feel free to ask me!)
Thank you all for praying for us and encouraging us during this process! We have really needed your prayers as we tried to endure the wait!
