Post-placement visits

Tomorrow is our 2nd and final post-placement visit with our social worker! I can't believe it! Now we can start filling out the paperwork to finalize Mary Kenzie's adoption. With Korean adoptions it's similar to a foster to adopt type program. The children have to be home six months before you can get the court documents which finalize/legalize the adoption. So, we will have to wait until at least October to finalize but after tomorrow we will be able to proceed with filing the paperwork and getting the ball rolling.

I cannot believe my baby girl will be turning 1 on Thursday! I know for many parents it's hard to believe when their children turn one and particularly in our case since Mary Kenzie has only been home almost 3 months. The time has flown by! I am working on her video montage, so hopefully it will be finished in time to post here on her birthday!
