Here's our little halloween turtle posing at the local pumpkin patch! Tonight we had a party with other families in our Sunday school class. It was a lot of fun! There was tons of good food and many cute kids in costume! It was SO fun to have a baby to dress up, too!

Riley's jersey
Here is a picture from yesterday of Riley in his brand new Phillip Rivers San Diego Chargers jersey! (Thanks to the Hollars!!!) As you can see, Riley was very pleased with how his favorite quarterback performed in the game. Believe it or not, this seven month old little boy loves to watch football with his daddy!! (I'm not sure if he really has a choice!!!!)
What a happy boy we have! He has survived his first cold of the season and is growing and learning all kinds of new tricks. He can now stand all by himself without holding on for a few seconds. We're going to have a walker before we know it!!!!

In the end zone
Today we took Riley to his first NC State football game! He did pretty well. He lasted the first quarter in our seats and then I spent the second quarter walking around the stadium with him. He slept the entire second half! After the game we went to the fair and then when we were walking back to our car we stopped back at the stadium and got some quick pictures of Riley on the field!! Here he is in the end zone! Go Pack!!!

After the football game today we headed across the street to the State Fair! We had a lot of fun looking at the exhibits and eating the yummy fair food! Riley's favorite thing was looking at the cows. Here he is smiling in front of one of the cow exhibits. He thought they were hilarious!

Our little Wolfpacker!!
I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while--we've been having technical difficulties with our internet. I have added a few new pictures that I hope you will enjoy looking at!
This picture was taken the night of NC State's game against Boston College that they won in the final seconds!! It was too late of a game for Riley to make it to, but he was sporting his Wolfpack gear cheering for the red and white!! The cute bear is compliments of our good friend Leigh Anna and the outfit is compliments of Mammy and Pops (Erin's parents).
Riley is doing SO WELL!! He has settled into a routine and is sleeping and eating great! He is an active little boy and is very curious. He can now crawl like a pro and is pulling up on everything in sight. He smiles and laughs a lot and really seems to be bonding to us. We can hardly believe that this Wednesday will make 4 weeks that he's been with us; the time has gone by so quickly.
We love being parents to this precious baby boy! He is such a blessing and we praise God for bringing him into our family!

Riley's latest trick is pulling up on anything he can and standing! We don't think it will be long before our little 6 month old will be walking!! He is a strong little boy!
