We are FULL of thanksgiving as we think of all that God has done in our lives this year! The biggest blessing we praise God for this year is our son! What joy he has brought into our family!

We had a fun long weekend. On Thanksgiving we had lunch with my (Erin's) extended family. There were about 35 aunts, uncles, cousins, etc... It was good to be together. Then, we headed to Michael's parents for dinner. All of the food was delicious and we enjoyed being together!

Early Friday morning--4:15am to be exact--I began my hunt for good deals! This has turned into one of my most favorite days of the whole year!! I was very successful and about 7am I headed home to pick up Michael and Riley. We shopped for several hours and got most of our Christmas shopping finished. Then, we came home and decorated our house for Christmas! This "day after Thanksgiving" has become a fun tradition for us. We were exhausted by the time we went to bed Friday night, but it was a very fun day spent together.

We (Riley and Erin) just returned from visiting Michael's sister Beth and her family in Denver, Colorado. We were there almost a week and enjoyed a lot of shopping and spending time together! It was fun to have all the boys together--Austin (almost 4) and Jacob (2). Here is a picture of the three cousins! I can't add anymore right now because Blogger isn't cooperating.
